Welcome to Flavor Fetch! These terms and conditions govern your use of our meal delivery application (the "Flavor Fetch"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

Account Registration

To use the Application, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Application, you agree to pay the total amount for the order, including any applicable taxes and fees. You must provide valid payment information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order.

By placing an order through the Application, you agree to our cancellation policy. You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If you cancel an order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, you may be charged the full amount of the order.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application or its content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, our liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for orders through the Application in the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we modify these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Application and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the Application after the date of the latest revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
